EUWins Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and EUWins ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible ateuwins.cam ("Platform", "Website", "Service").

3. Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with EUWins, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. EUWins strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable laws. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to registering.
• You are registering on your own behalf, as a private individual, and not on behalf of any third party, corporation, or trust.

• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently excluded from the EUWins platform or any affiliated site.
• You are of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

EUWins reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including valid government-issued photo identification and proof of residential address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and the witholding of withdrawals pending verification.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming services on EUWins, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and chosen payment method details.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is strictly permitted to hold only one registered account on the EUWins platform. The registration of multiple accounts by single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or devices — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Any balance held in duplicate accounts may be voided at EUWins's sole discretion, subject to applicable laws.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify EUWins immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. EUWins will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to safeguard your login credentials.

4.4 Accuracy of Information

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information, including using a false name, false date of birth, or false residential address, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure forfeiture of any balance.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

EUWins is required to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") procedures on all registered accounts in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") and counter-terrorism financing ("CTF") regulations.

5.1 Verification Triggers

KYC verification will be required at the time of your first withdrawal request, upon reaching certain cumulative deposit thresholds, and at any time EUWins dems appropriate in the course of normal compliance operations.

5.2 Required Documents

• Proof of Identity: A valid, government-issued photo identification document — Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's Licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the preceding three (3) months, clearly displaying your full name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A clear, unobscured photograph of you holding your identity document beside your face.
• Source of Funds: EUWins may additionally request documentation evidencing the source of deposited funds where required by AML obligations.

5.3 Verification Timeline

EUWins will endeavour to complete identity verification within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawal requests will be held pending successful KYC completion. EUWins accepts no liability for financial losses arising from delays attributable to a Player's failure to provide timely or adequate documentation.

6. Deposits & Payments

EUWins accepts deposits through a range of verified Malaysian payment channels, including but not limited to:Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, USDT (TRC20), and Bitcoin (BTC).

• All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.
• Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. EUWins will not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• EUWins does not charge deposit fees. However, third-party payment processors may levy their own charges, which are the Player's sole responsibility.
• EUWins reserves the right to refuse any deposit or request additional verification for deposits above specified thresholds.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal of funds from your EUWins account is subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied in full before any portion of your balance derived from bonus activity becomes withdrawable.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name. EUWins will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• EUWins aims to process withdrawal requests within the indicative timeframes published on the platform — typically under five (5) minutes for e-wallets and five (5) to sixty (60) minutes for bank transfers. These are target timeframes and are not guaranteed, particularly where additional verification is required.
• EUWins reserves the right to apply daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits. Current limits are published on the Withdrawal page of the platform and are subject to change with prior notice.
• EUWins reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, AML concern, or breach of these Terms.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by EUWins are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus offer is available to each eligible Player once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full within the specified validity period. Bonuses not cleared within the validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the account.
• During active bonus play, a maximum bet limit applies. The specific limit is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Placing bets in excess of the maximum permitted amount during a bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winings.
• Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) toward the completion of wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are published on the Promotions page.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

EUWins employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk, low-variance betting strategies designed purely to clear wagering requirements; exploitation of technical errors; collusion between multiple accounts; and systematic accumulation of bonuses across multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, EUWins reserves the right to void bonus, cancel associated winings, and in serious cases, close the account permanently.

8.3 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to new players completing their first qualifying deposit and are not available to existing account holders who have previously claimed a welcome offer. EUWins reserves the right to modify or withdraw any welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring offers already claimed.

9. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the EUWins platform — including live dealer games, slots, table games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within the platform. By placing a bet or entering a game, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable game rules.

• All random number generators (RNGs) used in EUWins casino games are independently audited to ensure statistical fairness and compliance with applicable fair-play standards.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcome, EUWins reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to Players.
• Sports betting odds are set at EUWins's sole discretion. Obvious pricing errors are not binding and may be voided, with stakes returned to Players.
• EUWins's decision on any disputed game outcome or sports bet result is final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure set out in Clause 11.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the EUWins platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or share betting strategies in a coordinated manner that exploits the platform.
• Money laundering — using the EUWins platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or unintended functionality for financial gain.
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversed transactions initiated fraudulently or without genuine grounds.
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing restrictions, claiming multiple bonuses, or evading a self-exclusion.
• Impersonating another player, EUWins employee, or any other person.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

11. Account Suspension, Closure & Complaints

11.1 Suspension by EUWins

EUWins reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: (a) there is a breach or suspected breach of these Terms; (b) the account is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct; (c) a KYC verification requirement has not been met within a reasonable period; or (d) the account holder is found to be ineligible under Clause 3.

11.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your EUWins account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to completion of outstanding wagering requirements and KYC obligations. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

11.3 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the EUWins service, you should submit your complaint in writing to [email protected]. EUWins will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve the complaint within seven (7) business days. For complex investigations, a resolution period of up to 28 days may apply.

12. Responsible Gambling

• Session Reminders: Players may set session time reminders that alert them when a specified duration of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for periods24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion from the EUWins platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the EUWins platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, trade marks, game content, and data — is the exclusive property of EUWins or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the EUWins platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the EUWins platform without prior written consent from EUWins.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EUWins and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the EUWins platform;
• Any loss of winings, profits, data, or business opportunities arising from technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond EUWins's reasonable control;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the EUWins platform;
• Any unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

EUWins's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by EUWins is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the EUWins platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

EUWins implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmissions between your device and the EUWins platform are secured using 256-bit SSL encryption.

16. Amendments to These Terms

EUWins reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the amendment, except where changes are required immediately for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the EUWins platform following the effective date of any amendment shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and, if desired, close your account in accordance with Clause 11.2.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which EUWins holds its operating licence.

By using the EUWins platform, you irevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms.

Nothing in this clause shall limit EUWins's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
